‘In an unhurried manner, ones born earlier couldn’t recount all the stories to those who followed later.

Gradually, the sight of the elder's narration started to be obscure, the younger ones started to forget their tales.

The jackfruit tree faded into nothing more than a towering giant.’

The exhibition, 'Transition of Thoughts Through Existing Relations,' similarly records the bonding of memories of a young woman, with meaning related to the jackfruit tree, her grandfather, and life within her home. By means of intertwining from the bonding that begins with the previous generation who planted the jackfruit tree with belief, growing through the threads of thoughts as a ritual of food, and expanding with the parts of changing time. Conveying through artworks using sunlight and heat, materials from the home, and video. Also connecting with times and changes that reflectivity toward the thoughts with youthful eyes of young women in the present.

The story of relationships arises from the buried hair beneath the jackfruit tree, with meanings intertwined with the concept of support. This relates to beliefs, thoughts, and cultures passed down by previous generations and expands through the connections between people and nature. Even so, in the present, these connections between people and nature have faded away, potentially causing ways of life or certain meanings to disappear due to change. However, within the young woman's home, the scent and shadow of the jackfruit tree remain thick and vibrant amid these transitions. This is the starting point for revisiting relationships that once existed, a moment during the process of change, and a reflection on ongoing memories before they fade away. These are revealed through exploration, preservation, and reinterpretation in the visual language that reveals the inside of the jackfruit until remains only residue that connects enduring relationships with thoughtful consideration of existing relations.
